When you submit a form we receive the details you enter: name, company, work email, country or region, role, phone, shipping address for samples, and the content of your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare samples, documents or quotations, and follow up on your project (steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
To keep records of business correspondence as required by law.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Who processes it

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also receives form submissions on our behalf. Data may therefore be processed outside your country, including in the United States and China, with appropriate safeguards where required.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Records linked to orders are kept as long as accounting and legal rules require.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy.
